We are so happy to finally be able to open our doors and serve you. To do so, we ask that you follow our new guidelines we have put in place for your safety and ours. First and most importantly if you are sick, or not feeling well please reschedule your appointment, even if it is the day of your appointment, we ask that you reschedule.

  1. Please wait in your car when you arrive.

When you arrive to your appointment the side window will be open for you to drive up and let our receptionist know you have arrived. At that time the receptionist will mark you as arrived, verify the number on file and send a text message to you when your barber or stylist is available for you to enter the building.

  1. Only the person with a scheduled appointment will be permitted in the building. No guests will be allowed to accompany you inside the building.

It is important to limit the amount of people in the building so if getting dropped off please kindly have your guest wait in their vehicle.

  1. Please wear a mask or face covering when you enter the building.

If you do not have one, you may purchase one from us for $2, that fee will be added to your total at the end of your service. If you are coming for a color service, it is likely that color will get on your mask. A mask must be worn throughout your service except for a lip wax, mustache/ beard trim, facial hair lineup and hot shave.

  1. When you enter the building, your temperature will be taken, and you must sanitize your hands at our sanitation station.

We have a Covid-19 form that must be filled out either when booking your appointment or entering the building. Our dual screen makes it easier and less face to face contact. Beverages will still be offered such as coffee and water, however no longer self serve. All creamers, sugars and cups will be disposable.

  1. Checkout

Clients will have the option to checkout with their stylist or barber upon completion of services without having to checkout at the receptionist desk. Credit Cards or pre-payment which can be done through our website are recommended but not required. Less cash handling the better for sanitary purposes.  Your stylist or barber will rebook your appointment from their station

Things to keep in mind:

  • Some services such as color have increased $5-$10 to offset the increasing cost of supplies due to COVID-19.

  • Restroom will be locked to insure it is cleaned after each use, just ask your stylist for key.

  • Please come with hair already shampooed if your service is just a haircut. This makes less face to face contact.

  • All retail products are now offered at thehaircohbg.com you may order online and have it ready for when you come to your appointment so our shelves are contactless

  • All clients will be provided a clean cape to ensure no cross contamination, as well as all station tools being cleaned after each use


All staff is Barbicide COVID-19 trained as well as trained in safety and sanitation, disinfection, and infection control to the current highest industry standards.  We know this is a lot to take in but we want to insure your safety.
